Platinum Sponsorship is for businesses/individuals who donate $200.00 monthly or a one-time donation of $5,000 or more. Platinum Sponsors receive:

• Business logo/trademarks website, social media sites, and marketing materials.

• VIP access & Seating to all events year round.

• Monthly Newsletter & Updates.

• Input into a choice of one Annual event/venue.

Gold Level Sponsorship is monthly donations of $100.00 monthly or a one-time donation of at least $3,500. Gold level sponsorship receive:

Silver Level Sponsorships are monthly donations of $50.00 monthly or a one-time donation of at least $1,000. With Silver level sponsorships businesses/individuals will receive:

• Certificate of recognition.

• Naming rights to a minor event.

• Recognition on website, social media sites and marketing materials.

Event Sponsorship opportunities are available for sponsors interested in sponsoring one of our annual events.

Annual events include: Black History Youth Summit, Mother Daughter Retreat, Black Emerging Leaders Conference, Christmas Extravaganza, Performing Arts Recital, Anniversary Gala.

Incentives for Event Sponsorships are based on 3 level sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, and Silver.

Incentives vary depending on the level of sponsorship. Incentives include

• Early access to tickets before public sales.

• Opportunity to provide inserts to event-based mail outs.

• Ticket entitlements, signage, samplings at related events, parties, receptions, shows, launches.

• Opportunity to provide prizes for media or promotional activities.

• Advertising in event program or catalogue.

• Rights to input into the organization of main sponsor-related events such as hospitality arrangements and awards.

• Event signage, exclusive or non-exclusive.

• Coupons or advertising on the reverse side of tickets.
