Charise Beckett is a transformational leadership strategist and the founder of P.O.I.S.E.™ Leadership Consulting, where she helps executives and organizations align wellness, performance, and purpose. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive coaching, Charise is known for her ability to guide high-performing leaders toward sustainable growth and grounded influence.
She is also the creator and host of Queens Behind the Scenes, a top-ranking podcast amplifying the authentic stories of women executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Her platform has become a powerful movement for ambitious women seeking to lead with intention—without losing themselves.
Before launching P.O.I.S.E.™, Charise served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where she led high-impact culture transformation initiatives. She has also held key HR leadership roles at Planned Parenthood, Klöckner Pentaplast, and other mission-driven organizations across corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Charise holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from American University and is a SHRM-SCP practitioner. Beyond her professional work, she finds joy in journaling, reading, wine tasting, and spending time with her blended family of five children, her husband, and their dog, Avery.
