Internship Overview:

Do you love turning chaos into clarity? Thrive on calendars, color codes, and crisp communication? As the Executive Operations Intern, you’ll serve as the Executive Officer’s right hand—supporting high-level operations, trainings, and wellness events that impact hundreds of families and schools. This is not a coffee-run internship—it’s real work, real leadership exposure, and real impact.

What you'll do:

  • Keep the Executive Officer’s schedule running like clockwork.

  • Draft sharp emails and track partner communications.

  • Support staff trainings with slides, materials, and follow-ups.

  • Help coordinate wellness events from signup forms to post-event recaps.

  • Sit in on partnership meetings, take notes, and prepare polished briefs.

You are:

  • A meticulous organizer who gets satisfaction from a tidy Google Drive.

  • A strong writer who can turn messy notes into professional communications.

  • Confident with Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, and open to learning new tools.

  • Discreet, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.

What You’ll Gain:

  • First-hand exposure to executive decision-making and partner engagement.

  • Hands-on training in project management, event logistics, and executive writing.

  • Coaching in time-blocking, meeting design, and professional communications.

  • The chance to streamline processes and leave your fingerprint on the organization.

30-Day Onboarding Snapshot:

  • Week 1: Learn the ropes—calendars, drive structure, and templates.

  • Week 2: Take over scheduling + send partner follow-ups.

  • Week 3: Own training logistics + deliver your first event recap.

  • Week 4: Streamline a process and present your improvement.

Impact:

By the end of your internship, you’ll not only have sharpened executive-level skills—you’ll know you played a key role in helping children, schools, and families thrive.

✨ This is more than an internship. It’s a leadership launchpad.
