
Seeking CORPORATE SPONORSHIP LEAD
The Corporate Sponsorships Lead will be the driver of revenue growth through corporate
partnerships, responsible for securing a $10M Title Sponsor and 20 Co-Sponsors ($750K
each). This position requires a strong balance of relationship-building, business acumen,
and the ability to translate social impact into marketing ROI for Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
Finalize and manage sponsorship packages (2-page Title Proposal + 20 city-specific one- pagers).
Build sponsor benefit packages and activation menus.
Identify, cultivate, and secure sponsorships across healthcare, finance, airlines, apparel, and food/beverage.
Manage a robust pipeline of 21 sponsors using CRM.
Collaborate with the Data & Strategy Analyst to deliver audience insights that demonstrate ROI.
Deliver quarterly reports to sponsors on reach, outcomes, and ROI.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
(Master’s preferred).
Experience: 7–10 years in corporate sponsorship, CSR, or brand partnerships.
Proven track record of closing six-figure+ sponsorships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of nonprofit, education, or public health sectors is a plus.
Comp model:
Base: $50,000 / year
Commission on cash received from new corporate sponsorships; renewals at a lower rate; accelerator for $1M+ deals
Cap guidance: up to $250,000 in commission potential (depending on performance)
