I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, founded in the heart of the North Bronx in 2012, began as a mentoring program for at-risk female youth living in New York City Authority Housing. Under the visionary leadership of CEO Shanequa Moore, the organization quickly expanded its reach and impact. Shanequa, a Bronx native who overcame poverty and significant life challenges, was inspired to give back to her community, creating a resilient organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and youth.
Role Description
The Data & Strategy Analyst will power the insights engine of the Peer Wellness Licensing Program, turning survey data and city-level research into actionable stories that attract sponsors and secure city presales. They will manage the 5-part survey campaign, analyze consumer spend and brand loyalty, and translate findings into ROI decks.
Responsibilities
Launch and manage the 5-part survey campaign across our 10,000+ audience base.
Clean, segment, and analyze responses by demographics and geography.
Deliver “insight snapshots” after each survey for sponsor pitches.
Build an Audience Insights Deck to showcase sponsor ROI.
Guide city prioritization based on survey data + funding readiness.
Support the Sponsorship Lead with data-driven talking points.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Public Policy, Marketing Research, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in data analysis, strategy consulting, or market research.
Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to tell a story with numbers.
Experience in nonprofit, education, or public health is a plus.
Comp model:
Base: $60,000–$75,000
Variable: 10–15% annual bonus tied to delivery of survey program, insight decks used in sponsor pitches, and documented sales enablement.
