Position Overview
The Executive Director will lead the design, launch, and scale of the Gen Z Fellowship, transforming I’RAISE’s former course-based model into a speaker-driven, nationally recognized Fellowship program. This leader will oversee all aspects of the Fellowship, from recruitment to program delivery to alumni network development.
The ideal candidate is a scholar-practitioner with strong expertise in education policy, youth mental health, and leadership development. They must also bring data analysis skills, a deep understanding of national education and SEL standards, and robust networks across higher education, school districts, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
● Design and implement the Gen Z Fellowship, ensuring alignment with I’RAISE’s mission and values.
● Develop a speaker-driven curriculum, featuring industry leaders, entrepreneurs, mental health experts, artists, and policymakers.
● Establish clear learning outcomes, action projects, and measurable impact metrics aligned with DOE, CASEL SEL, and higher ed standards.
● Build and sustain a national recruitment pipeline for Fellows, ensuring equity and inclusion.
Data & Standards
● Lead program evaluation and continuous improvement through data collection, analysis, and visualization.
● Build dashboards and impact reports to track Fellow outcomes, alumni engagement, and long-term impact.
● Ensure program design and reporting meet national education standards, DOE frameworks, and funder requirements.
Partnerships & External Relations
● Cultivate and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, K–12 systems, and corporate sponsors.
● Represent I’RAISE in academic, policy, and philanthropic forums, positioning the Fellowship as a national leader in Gen Z wellness and equity.
● Leverage networks to secure speakers, mentors, and funders for the program.
Fundraising & Strategy
● Drive fundraising strategy for the Fellowship, securing foundation grants, sponsorships, and public funding.
● Manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and program quality. ● Report regularly to the CEO and Board on program performance and strategic growth.
Alumni & Ecosystem Development
● Build a Fellowship alumni network to sustain engagement, leadership development, and long-term advocacy.
● Design pathways for alumni to serve as mentors, peer trainers, or program ambassadors.
Qualifications
● Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Education Policy, Public Policy, Psychology, Data Science, or related field.
● Proven experience in program design and leadership within education, youth development, or nonprofit settings.
● Strong data analysis skills (Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or equivalent), with ability to design dashboards and impact reports.
● Knowledge of DOE frameworks, CASEL SEL standards, and ESSA/Medicaid-linked school-based services.
● Established networks with colleges, universities, and K–12 leaders, with ability to leverage relationships for recruitment and partnerships.
● Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Fundraising and partnership development experience preferred.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
