About the Role

I’RAISE is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Vice President, Corporate Partnerships & Strategy.


Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for expanding corporate, government, and institutional partnerships, recovering lost revenue, and building sustainable growth strategies. The Vice President will oversee the full partnerships lifecycle—from reengagement of lapsed partners to cultivation of new high-value relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage high-value relationships with corporations, financial institutions, government agencies, and education systems.

  • Translate partnerships into contracts, sponsorships, and joint initiatives with measurable revenue impact.

  • Strengthen visibility and credibility through data-driven impact reporting, external communications, and brand stewardship.

  • Reestablish and renew relationships with lapsed partners by diagnosing barriers and designing tailored reentry strategies.

  • Ensure consistent engagement and retention of partners, including quarterly appreciation events and regular communications.


Candidate Profile

  • MBA required. Master’s in business, policy, or related discipline strongly preferred.

  • 8–12 years of senior-level experience in corporate partnerships, institutional relations, business development, or revenue strategy.

  • Demonstrated success in developing multi-million-dollar partnerships and managing complex revenue pipelines.

  • Advanced use of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, with strong financial acumen and cultural competence.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue growth from corporate, government, and institutional partnerships.

  • Number of lapsed partners reengaged and converted.

  • Number of new partnerships secured and onboarded.

  • Year-over-year partner retention rates.

  • Visibility initiatives successfully launched.


Compensation Structure

  • Base: $80,000–$90,000

  • Variable: Commission on cash received from corporate/government/institutional contracts (tiered; details in offer letter).

  • Total earnings opportunity into the low–mid six figures based on performance.
