In December, we spread holiday joy to families and youth in New York City at our 10th Annual Toy & Coat Giveaway.
The event consisted of a toy and coat giveaway for children 12 and under, while offering family photos, holiday treats, children's activities, and music to our volunteers and attendees. It could not have been possible without our partners: New York Cares, Toys for Tots, and the YMCA. Our volunteers and staff brought smiles to our families. We are grateful to be able to host this event for 10 years!
Our 10th Annual Toy & Coat Giveaway took place at the YMCA South Bronx on December 17, 2022, and at the YMCA Westside on December 21, 2022. A total of 15 volunteers and eight staff members attended the event, as well as over 300 families in need.

I'RAISE CEO and founder, Shanequa E. Moore, said of the event: “This is the 10th year that my agency has given back to the low-income children & youth during the holidays . . .
